service engine light

I have my service engine light on and I got it scanned at autozone and it says that there is no signal to the crank and cam sensors. How is that possible when my car runs and drives? I did just replace both sensors. I even try to reset the ECU by unplugging the neg terminal of the battery and reflashing back to stock rom. Still nothing Will the car crank and run with the sensors swapped?

Make sure you plugged the sensors back in after replacing them.

Without either of those signals, your car shouldn't run. Did you clear the codes with the scanner and they came back?

Mod list?

I had these codes pop up multiple times on my car with the ETS intake, turned out the MAF readings were off due to turbulence not being correct, and after getting off the throttle from WOT the car would stumble and try to die, sometimes it actually would. After turning it back on it would throw those codes. Could have been the MAF itself, could have been the car dying that caused it. Regardless, I replaced the intake with a Samco piece in August and haven't had an issue since.

So it's probably nothing major. Keep clearing the codes, find out what triggers them, diagnose from there.
