rear window wiper plug ?
well i found this on ebay, dont know how well it works but maybe someone here has used it and can chime in

I've had one for a while now. Works great!
Only thing is I plan to get it anodized or powder coated black, as the finish is a bit bright for my taste.

here is what i did this past weekend. Went to Lowes and in the hardware section they have a section of drawers labeled " hard to find" in there you can find rubber plugs. They are a tapered cone like plug. i took the plug pushed it into the hole on the window till it was in very tight. i then marked a line around the rubber plug on the outside and the inside sides of the plug. popped it out. took a hand saw and cut the two marks. Now the 3 inch long plug was cut down to an inch. I took the plug and pushed it in and voila..perfect plug for the window. cost was 3 dollars and change and about 15 minutes of my time. perfectly sealed and tight!
