All mentioned issues are in the SWS section of the FSM and should give you a direction to go with pinouts of connectors and the wire schematics.

Suggestion if you cannot figure this out on your own. Bring it to a shop that can differentiate their asses from their elbows

 

so basically replace the whole fuse/relay under the dash and i should be good? im getting no power from my wiring harness for my radio at all

 

no shop would do any of the work due to the meth kit i have in the car... thats my problem so i went to a tuning shop and they did it but when i got the car back nothing worked still...
