255 WHP w TBE and Boost?
That's a very choppy powerband, was the car knocking at all?
The torque is nice, but the power does seem a tad low. Granted, you can't really compare dyno to dyno but for your reference, my car made 301WHP with a 3" turbo back and 22psi on buschur's dyno, which is also a fairly low reading mustang dyno. Here's my plot:

I would talk to the person that tuned your car and see what their explanation is. Your car should be making a bit more power though at the top end.

I have a very basic tune: open air filter, 3" tbe (dp, tp, cb), and a mbc set at 23psi on 93oct and I make right at 300whp/279wtq.
With that being said, you should definitely be making more than 255whp. I was making that with those same parts and the factory tune. I've got a suspicion that I still have a few hidden horses left to be found though.

Sirsol,Wow, so you made 300+ WHP with just a tune at 22psi and a TBE?
Thats amazing. Thats like a 80hp gain.
From what i read EVO 8 on a mustang dyno makes 210-230 WHP. If i am at the bottom of that range (210 say) I figured I made roughly 40hp with a 21 psi tune, a TBE and LICP on pump gas, wich sounds right, no?

With a stock intake airbox and a catalytic converter and stock cams, I'm not sure what huge hp numbers you were expecting but it sounds about right for a stock car with mbc and tbe / tune. Sometimes on Mustang Dynos, if you had any suspension work done like lowering springs or something that puts the car out of alignment, it can lower the numbers as there is a load cell in the back rollers that measures energy/tq/squat in the rear. I see a few cars with the same mods where the ones with harder or lower suspension makes lower numbers on MD's. TTP has been taking care of my car for about seven years now and I have nothing but good experiences. My .02c
Just some discussion that different Dynos give different results, mine seem high for a Stock RA.
(I take no offense if a Mod removes the post)

According to JRod from Buschur Racing for a stock 8 or 9:
So yeah, around 80WHP gain.

our cars are basically exactly the same
hahaha
