I must say that Buschur is THE MOST professional shop I have ever dealt with. David, Tym, and Jarod went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable with my buying experiences.
Jarod - A strait shooter. Extremely fastidious with shipping. When he says that you will have part on x day, you can bet your left pinky that it will be there. He should be nicked named "The Mail Man".
Tym - Extremely knowledgable and patient. We went back and forth with a small technical problem and he remained courteous and professional throughout the whole ordeal. This guy knows what he is doing! Thanks for solving my problem! I wanted to post this earlier but did not have the time.
David - you can not meet a more honest and fair business man. He has surrounded himself with talented and proactive individuals. I am a small time buyer (when compared some some crazy/wealthy board members), yet he makes me feel like I am an old customer. I mean have you ever heard of a vendor making a recommendation that could potentially TAKE AWAY A SALE? This guy is all about high quality, high performance, and low cost.
Buschur has redefined customer service for me. I will only buy from Buschur. And for those sitting on the fence about their products, don't wait, they don't leave their customers hanging out to dry if there is a problem.

P.S. If you have the Buschur Exhaust and think that it is too loud, get the magnaflow! If you are under 25 and unmarried get the stock one!

That's what I've been saying the whole time, but the unfortunate part is I've bought everything they sell for the Evo.
Great shop, great people and that's why they have my money.

Thanks guys it is really good to know that we are doing everything right. It just gets so busy here sometimes it makes us feel like we're going in 20 different directions. All of you guys are great guys and great customers also. I do enjoy talking to all of my customers when they call because they all make me laugh and all have different personalities. You guys are the one's who make it fun to come to work everyday. And David and Tym aren't to bad either. Before I started working here I used to sell beds! DRAG!! Most boring job in the world.....well until some little hot woman came in than it was ok. But it just sucked sitting there waiting for customers, reading the latest Super Street, Sport Compact Car, or Import Tuner. And I have NO regrets of quiting there!
Now when I get up and ready for work I look forward to coming here because I know there's going to be different stuff going on everyday,different people to talk to, and I get to talk about and deal with the things I love all day CARS! I have been into the import/sport compact scene for about 4 yrs now and I love it. I do owe alot to David for hiring me and taking a chance on a young guy who didn't know alot about DSM/EVO's when I started here. I would say i've learned 200% more about all these cars since I've been here. David is a great teacher ,and I think of him more as a friend than a boss......well except on fridays. LOL! And also Tym has takin alot of time to explain things to me ,and help me on things that I did not know. These 2 guys are the 2 smartest men I have ever met and I do like working with them alot, as I do everyone else here at the shop.
And I do have to give thanks to all of you guys for making me feel comfortable,and being patient with me when I first started here and didn't know awhole lot and I am still learning everyday. I just wanted to tell you all thanks for everything! And if you need anything give me a call! Thanks again guys!
