Funny, we have thought about gold, but just didn't think of black/gold. I guess we could put that option up for voting. We just don't have a sample picture of black/gold.
If there is enough demand, it is possible that we release a limited edition of a particular color.

Offer color options and charge extra for the color??
Maybe you could come up with some kind of trademark color that everyone associates with your brand. Everyone knows takata green/project mu turquoise/ferrari red/hemi orange, etc...
Black and silver are probably going to be the most common colors though, they go with everything.
If you had to chose one color, black would be the one I'd buy.

I like the black one better then mine now. The black makes it looks so much more better. Your target market should be making it look more stock. The more stock the better. Jmo .. I do loooove my synapse though.. lol .. time to test it at the track lol
