If they're light scratches in the clear, it's best to polish them out. If you want a product with a lot of fillers, there are a couple of options: 3M Imperial Hand Glaze. It has the most fillers, but its durability is very low. One good rain storm or two and it's gone. The other option is to use Griot's sealant with fillers. It's a little more durable than IHG. Fillers are essentially shortcuts of no real value, unless you're trying to sell the car.
Go to Autopia.org, find a qualified pro in your area, spend a few bucks, and restore your paint. Or, learn how to do it, yourself. It's not rocket science, but there is a methodology to follow. You won't need sandpaper and something referred to as a compound. Good luck.

well i didnt have any till last winter.. car was sitting outside my house under the car cover.. and some a-hole decided to run up to my porch and steal my snow shovel as well as my neighbors.. we ran out the door to catch him and the dude ran between my car and the neighbors.. just so happened that the neighbor had a metal shovel and the guy slammed the shovel up against my car while he was running.. therefore i have a big scratch and dent right above my gas cap... bastard
