As far as buying an OEM sticker by itself you can't, might just be trial and error until you find one that fits.

Just ebay the sticker, and see what comes up. You will just have to trim it to fit. I bought a whole new knob just for the sticker. Dumb? Yes, but oh well.

I work with those cars alot and we get them in all the time. that is something you should get checked out. better sooner then later....
