Dying for more power but have limited funds

Just looking for some opinions. Do I pay 380 for a tune on e-85 or do I save up for new cams and a AEM EMS then do the e-85 tune.

Save your money. you do not need an aem ems. people have made 1000+awhp on stock ecu.

upgrade to a double pumper and get tuned on e85.

Why not cams and a tune.... nobody knows what you have done to your car so your shooting in the dark looking for anwsers. Everyone is always going to want more power with spending the least amont of money.

Get some s2's or Buchur's 272 cams and an e85 tune.

A cam swap would be ideal with the newer profiles out now but E85 is where you are going to make the power with the black. Plus it's cheaper to burn

I also agree there is no real need for a standalone with the advancements that have been made in the stock ECU within the last couple years.

Go E85 and crack 500whp best bang for the buck there!

x2, you don't need an EMS. Don't waste your money.

Go E85.

and dont go out and buy gsc s2 without upgrading you springs and retainers as they wont hold up to that aggressive of a cam....if u go with a set of cams then go gsc s1 or the hks 280 as they dont require upgraded springs and retainers to run safely and produce the best power curve for the money.....but cams and e-85 tune would be the way to go for sure no standalone unless ur making crazy power and need it for the major adjustments for weather, fuel, track adjustments on the fly at all times

Looking at your mod list......like I said in purr email. I'd put E85 in it and get retuned, that will give you the most increase in power. BF272 cams will be a good change too. Yes good power has been made on the stock ECU, no it is not the best.

Your car is pretty much ready for e85...a couple hundred for tuning will be very cost efficient for the power you'll get

Is e85 readily available in your area?
