They are called "Side Spats". You can get them from Monster Sport, HKS, Tyrant, or Rexpeed. My vote is not to buy the knock-offs, but at 1/2 the price it's a hard argument to make.

They even sell them on E-bay also. I've seen them in person and they are not any different, and definitely cheaper.
