Where to relocate the front license plate to?

Hey guys was just wondering where members are relocating the front plate to? Dont really like the stock location on the drivers side corner since it kills the look of the front end. Has anyone relocated to the center where the opening for the FMIC is or will that cause a problem?

the problem with putting it in front of your fmic is that it blocks airflow which could potentially cause some issues when racing at the track; if you are dding it should be fine there.. one of my friends bent his front plate and got it to fit in the grille on his ix, looked kinda cool. I can try to snag some photos of it later for you.

Ya its gonna be a dd for my 16 yoa son. I have seen the ones where they have tucked it up in the hole and it does have a 9 front end on it. Only problem with that is I dont want the police to give him a problem for improper display of registration since he is just a kid. Car is gonna be a real head turner so it will probably be a problem.

Maybe going to jinx myself (illegal to not have front plate in our state) but our front plate is under the front seat.

cant just pop it up there though, would have to secure it to the dash somehow. would slide back and forth while driving

Even worse, when you get into an accident, that piece of thin metal immediately becomes a hacksaw flying around the cabin. I would rather not take that chance...

Someone had put theirs inside the bumper ducts on the left side right under the mesh. I thought that was pretty cool.

I agree with just leaving it off completely. Looks so much better without it! I don't have one on mine and have never had a problem. But if I had to I'd go with something like evosam726.
