This testing does not include Cosworth 272s, but it may offer some great information for you...

No experience with either, but I'd get the Cosworth cams over the Kelford's just because they will make similar power and you'll save more money since you can get them from a friend.

I have Kelford 272's and they sound pretty nice with a full TBE. Kelfords are a bit more expensive, but I think everyone that runs them are happy with the performance for dollar value.

If you don't want the cosworth from your friend hit me up I'm in the market for some,

And I'll agree, they both have good power gains and are both good.

if you want the most power, save up a little bit more or wait for some used GSC S2s.

as far as Cosworth M2s (which is what i have) vs Kelford 272s, they're very close from what i've read. i've been told that valvetrain upgrade is optional with the Cosworths, where it is recommended with the Kelfords. so if the money is tight, go with the Cossies. i don't think you can go wrong either though.

From what I understand both are solid cams, personally I have kelfords and havent looked back once, made 500whp on fp black with them with room to grow~

Just do a little research on phantom knock as your tuner will have that to deal with
