So I purchased the evolution VIII badge to put on the trunk. I got an idea that maybe i should put just "EVO VIII" instead of "EVOLUTION VIII" I would do it because it's original and noone else really has it. Let me know what you think!

 

i would just de-badge the whole trunk, i think it looks better..

debadge the whole thing! it looks so much better. unless you have an MR i would keep the MR badge.

I would go with Evolution VIII. I have the actual OEM one and I think it looks great. Good luck.

 

This imo looks best in any color. All badges blacked out, if you have an MR or an SE IX the badge looks better at the end of Evolution (*) then at the bottom of the trunk.

Thanks for all the opinions! I put the whole thing on "EVOLUTION VIII" just to see what it looks like cuz i can always just debadge it all if I want. My evo is already black, do you think it would look good with black on black? the black badges with black evo? what do ya think

A friend of mine with am Evo 8 just put the VIII in the bottom right hand corner of the trunk. Similar to the STI/M3 badges. I thought it looked really clean and unique, as just the EVO VIII in the middle would look a bit short and out of place.

 

The whole badge looks better.. Part of it looks bootleg..

 

My opinion is black on black. from a distance it would look like nothing on there really up close they could see it.

I might be the odd guy out here though but I like black on black. I am looking at getting my 8 black and the badges will stay black.
