Probably just have to drill it out. At the most you would have to take off the mani to get it drilled out... hope someone else will chime in and try an help..

nope. it may just rattle with the old/new heat shield. or you can tap the screw out.

Soak it with PB blast (while cold), drill a pilot hole and try using a high quality reverse drill bit (extractor bit). If you use a cheap one it will probably break, and you WON'T be able to drill it out after that. Your second option is to just drill the ****er out, or just replace the manifold (they are cheap).

whyyy dont you just leave it? and put the other few bolts on and leave that one ?
its not a big deal at all..
or u could take the whole entire manifold off and have it at a machine shop to get drilled and re-tapped for more money that u'd spend on buying a used manifold...
i'd just leave it. my personal opinion.. if u try and drill it out ur self ur gunna prolly burn thru a drill and tons of bits plus those off the shelf drill extractor bits NEVER work, unless u have access to a drill press...

use the other two bolts with new heat shield..and superglue the head of the broken bolt back on that one... no i'm kidding of coarse.

personally i wouldn't worry about it, except it may rattle if you just use the other two... i'd soak it in pb blaster and use a drill bit to get it out... i'm not sure how much of the top of the screw is left but you can also use vice grips

+1 on an easy out, but if you dont want to do any of that you can take the manni to a machine shop and have them drill it out too.

Buy a ported & coated stock manifold and use that as a core...done...
