Help, Do i need to replace my manifold?

This is probably your best bet I have done jobs similar to this at work and it works for me. Dont spend to much money trying to pull it though because you can pick up a manifold for cheap on the forums.

that screw is just for the heat shield, i wounldnt worry about it. Just leave the heat shied off

If you're not sure of what to do then maybe you should just leave the broken screw be. Using a drill can sound easier than it is, many times the bit won't be perfectly centered and cause the tap to break inside. I recommend not doing anything and leave it, it truly isn't a big deal, you'll forget about it soon enough!

The heat shield isn't doing much, if you have the money rip it out of there, and check out xs manifolds they are great for the price and might actually give you some gains

I'd leave it. Getting old rusted, heat soaked bolts out of almost any exhaust piece is almost impossible. just make sure you use anti-seize on the install of the other ones.
