Help, Do i need to replace my manifold?
Soak it with PB blast (while cold), drill a pilot hole and try using a high quality reverse drill bit (extractor bit). If you use a cheap one it will probably break, and you WON'T be able to drill it out after that. Your second option is to just drill the ****er out, or just replace the manifold (they are cheap).

If you're not sure of what to do then maybe you should just leave the broken screw be. Using a drill can sound easier than it is, many times the bit won't be perfectly centered and cause the tap to break inside. I recommend not doing anything and leave it, it truly isn't a big deal, you'll forget about it soon enough!
