Magnaflow Race Series Muffler and Muffler w/ Tip

I'm looking to quiet down my car a notch but not to sure how much it will actually quite down the car whether i go with the muffler and just install it by the resonator, or if i should replace my current exhausts can+tip section and replace it with a race series muffler w/ a tip.

Please speak from experience, not what you "think". I've already read a ton of posts, and i find the information very mixed and people always going off topic.

I don't mind a loud car, but my car is LOUD.

DC Downpipe with a fitted Cat, and an Espelir JGT 500 Catback.

ok i'm speaking from experience.
I find that any inline resonators and mufflers get rid of the drone during things like highway driving. The note will be deeper but I find that the volume is still there. things you CAN do to help are also make sure the tip sticks out past the bumper- having a tip that is tucked in the bumper makes the sound travel more into the body of the car essentially making it sound louder.

measure your muffle canister diameter and length. You COULD change it out but honestly it might not change the noise.

IF you do want to change out the muffler and/or add a resonator- i have both for sale NEW IN BOX

I have the buschur exhaust with the magnaflow muffler with tip and its not loud by any means. Cruising down the highway at 70 isn't bad at all. If I were you I would look into this muffler IMO. On the other hand in my old '97 GST I also have 2 resonaters welded in with a magnaflow muffler. Its similar to a flowmaster 40 series but its magnaflow. And it was pretty deep sounding and loud.

Thats what im leaning twoards, muffler with tip. Im thinking if i just add in a muffler somewhere in the mid section of the exhaust it might be to quiet.

I have the full 3' Buschur exhaust it looks like a full straight pipe which i was concerned about as my Evo is my DD and i drive on the highway a lot. I'm running a test pipe and its not loud at all i highly recommend.
