be very careful!
This week I finally got around to tackling the job of removing my cracked junk ebay exhaust mani to replace it with the stocker. The manifold was on the car when purchased so I didn put the chinese pos on. I read the how to and left a few steps out to shorten the job. I removed the mani to the o2 housing and took the manifold off and was taking the o2 housing off to replace it with a vta one. 2 nuts were stuck one one the manifold to turbo the other hotside to o2. Had my local shop heat them and got them off with ease. Well I thought I was in the clear since the other bolts were broken loose or so I thought. I had soaked every bolt with pb for a week straight. The last bolt turned out easily until about the last two threads and then twisted off in the o2 to housing.
well I figure ok just drill it and remove it with an ez out. The first ez out snapped off but luckily fell right out. Decided I needed a bigger ez out and a bigger wrench
. Snap goes the second one and it does not just fall out. I beat it out with a hammer after two days and plenty of pb. I bought another one but im not pushing my luck nor hulking it over but the bolt will not budge for the life of me. I have tried everything including freezing it, heating it, and soaking it but nothing. It has been in there for over a week and im beginning to think im going to have to fork out 300 for a new housing. Wtf else is there to try? I could drill it the rest of the way out and just run a longer bolt with a nut but it will really be pushing it if I drill any larger as it will begin to drill into the side of the wg side of the housing since the hole was not exacctly on center. Please help me and be careful and not make the mistakes I did and please use antiseize unlike the jackass that owned the car befor me they will thank you or the next to own the car if u don't they will screw u with no vaseline like this one has me.

anyone know the size of the o2 housing bolts?
installed my o2 eliminator DP and broke a stud off in the hotside. so now my dump tube is leaking exhaust. gonna have to take the DP off and hotside and take the stud out and replace it with a bolt
