we just had a similar problem with the aero pump. We took the hanger back out and primed the pump with just some hose while shooting power straight to the pump. installed the pump back in the tank and it worked fine. Just took longer for the pump to prime than usual.

put it back in and crack the feed line on the rail loose. have someone key on the car and make sure it pumps then put it back on.

Thanks I will try this tomorrow. I just hope this works. I ended up putting my walbro back in the car and now the car will not idle right nor will it rev up. I got the car to idle once and let it ran for awhile but the car will not rev up. Is this just a priming issue?

no just unplug the pump harness inside the hanger, push the pins out and swap them and it will be fine.

You most likely have a leak coming out of the hanger and pump. I have seen this before. Make sure you have the o-rings in place and the little plastic piece on the inlet of the pump.

I went ahead and ordered the rubber gasket/grommet that goes on top off the pump the seats the pump in the hanger. Thats the only thing I can think of. If this works it will be a $3 fix.

Any other comments or ideas will be appriciated.

Just make sure you have the the white plastic O fitting on top of the pump and rubber o-ring right under the white plastic fitting on top of the fuel pump. You also need to make sure the rubber piece from the stock one is still there on the bottom of the pump.

Still nothing from everything I have tried Here is some pictures.
One question I do have is on the hanger picture where the secondary ground wire grounds the fuel I noticed a black thing in there I have no clue what it is.

In the first picture make sure you use the 2 things on top of the walbro. You are also missing the black plastic piece that goes under the pumps. Make sure you put it back. You should be good to go if you make sure they are in the right place. If not I would contact Aeromotive.
