Please help!!!!!!

I just bought a 2003 evo 8 it has a roar while driving 20+mph and slower gets louder the faster. It doesnt matter what gear or if im pressing the gas or coasting. Ive replaced the tires hoping it was tire noise, replaced front wheel bearings any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks.

It sounds like tire roar, kinda like bad road noise. I duno if that helps its kinda hard to explain but it doesn't sound like the transfer case whine

Wheel bearings. You could turn the wheel left and right to see if the noise changes pitch. Best thing is to put on a lift and drive it, listen with a stethoscope

^^ yep, check your wheel bearings. Check each corner to see if the bearing has play without even jacking up the car.
Grab the tire, with your hands opposite each other. Wiggle the wheel in and out checking for play (as left pushes, right pulls / as left pulls right pushes). It shouldn't click or make noise.

I know what noise you speak of, my Evo does it (and always has). As far as what it is, I chalked it up to tire noise.

I know its not struts b/c it still did it after I installed my Tein Flex coilovers. And the car made the noise w/ the OEM Advan's and Toyo's that I have...let me know what you find out.
