I didn't know about this, otherwise I'd have gotten a Ralliart Wagon for my beater.

I got this rebate when I got my evo a couple weeks ago. It made my decision whether to wait on an '04 much easier!

So they'll give you $1000 on an Evo and up to $3000 on other models but nothing on the Ralliart. That's a bummer. $1000 on a Ralliart would be a sweet deal.

How long is this going on? I think I may just have to register a $50 junker mitsu to my name and go take advantage of that rebate. How nice... talk about loyalty, I've loved that 1975 Mitsu thing since the day I got it like it was kin... It's hard moving to another ride, but that rebate will help lessen the sting... At least it's a Mitsu still right...

Muuuuaaaaaaaahahhahaha..

my buddy just took advantage of this at the dealer he works at... got something like 7000 in rebates off his new endeavor after trading in his lancer.

fyi, i've heard lancer's have really depreciated fast, given that you can get a brand new 03 oz for something like 13K, when most of us who bought the 02 thought we got a deal if it was at invoice. oh well, live and learn.

If you guys think you got screwed by not getting the 1k loyalty rebate, go over to the mach1 registry and see what ford did to some of those guys. Ford claimed a "limited production run", suckering them in for over msrp (bout 30k), then a few months later couldn't move them with a 4000 dollar rebate at 21.5k.

well see, that's what ford did to me...and i, nor anyone in my family will EVER buy a ford product, EVER again.

also the guys at capitol mitsubishi suckered me into believing that the evo viii was a limited production car and i got suckered into paying the markup...uggh...

is there anything i can do about this?
