Best Intake

I'm about to get my car tuned with quite a bit of mods but I'm curious on what the best intake would be

Are you talking about a filter, a pipe or a box. You've gotta be more specific here.

If its a full intake system, you couldn't go wrong with any of the venders on here. I am currently running an ETS intake and its really good.

I feel like any general pipe and filter will be much better than stock, so like someone already said you can't go wrong with any reputable vendor on here or name brand.

How much power are you planning to make? What are your mods?
I believe the stock airbox does pretty well until the 350+hp range. Just food for thought, the Perrin intake is known to be really good. ETS, and Buschur makes some pretty nice ones too.

For best results get a pipe and filter...pick one you like and can find a good price on. Just make sure it accomodates the maf. Perrin, Buschur, AEM, ETS...all good options that have been used by many. Power differences between the brands will be minimal, just ditch the stock box.

Stay away from the AEM Intake its the worst fitting intake ever also if you want to say get a intake thats good and not 2-300 look at MAP and the JM Fab 3" Intake setip its like 160 or so and its great. I had the 3" and then converted to SD and I am not running the 4" from them custom made for my SD Setup. If you want to keep Heat away you could also wrap the intake with DEI Thermal tape the reflective stuff. But all in all a Intake does not add really any power for a MAF setup.

I've got an ETS and have been happy with it. Pretty much an intake from any vendor on this site would work just fine/should have fairly similar results.
