Engine metal....

Is the Evo engine aluminum? just curious Does anyone know how much it weighs also?

the pistons and rings, lets see umm those are special ultra powerful metal invented by mistusbishi with a material called kypostineantilastingdenite brought back from the planet Neptune. umm yep thats it!

I was told that it's a high-grade plastic developed in conjunction with Yokohama for added weight reduction. I believe the weight is in the neighborhood of 3,753,632 Milligrams.

Head is aluminum, Block is cast iron, Piston is cast aluminum alloy (I think), and the rod is forge steel (I think).
