That 02 bung should be dead on, it is positioned in a fixture when the pipes are welded up.

What I am thinking and have found this to be true is that the actual pipe is turned incorrectly letting the bung get to close to the bottom of the car. Make sure this isn't the case.

Ive also got a cel light that wont go away now. Its pretty upsetting when I was told that this wouldnt be a problem. Then I call up your shop the other day and was told that its a problem with some of the cars and there is nothing I can do about it.

i cant mount the pipe in any other place, had to make some spacers to keep the tip away from the bumper and had to mount the arm at the end of the cat back allll the way to the right off the tear drop shaped opening

Dave, I'm having the same problem. I should have pictures in a day or two. Driving it right now with no muffler

The o2 bung needs to be moved about 20 degrees further down.

Then he asked what I had done, and then said he was wondering why when he stepped on the gas in his truck why he wasn't seing my car get closer, but seing it pull away, I couldn't help but laugh, we talked in the parking lot for a good 20 mins, he said he is going to go buy one for his wife now! lol....its nice to meet people that are cool about geting beat........... )

Those Lightning's are crazy fast for the little amount of money you need to put into them. I havent had any issues with my buschur items been 3 -4 months and working great. Have you guys installed boost gauges to see how much boost you are pushing?

The backfire sounds to me like fuel cut. It will instantly trip the CEL.

If the boost is in the 19-20 psi area and the temperature is below 50 degrees then fuel cut is fairly common. It sounds like a large backfire.

I'm about to do some mods (read- Buschur stage one) and don't want the CEL... Is it a certainty that it's going to come on?

Dave, if you're listening, I'm also curious if your settings on the AFC would be ok on 93-92 octane, it's what's around here and I use 100 when I go to track days. What would the power variance be, or is it safe to vary that much on your settings?
Also, what would the Magnaflow add to the Stage one price? I've got some uppity nieghbors that wouldn't appreciate a loud setup.
Thanks!!!
