Who cares?

They like Altezzas and riced-up German cars, what does it matter?

Different strokes for different folks. We would probably have just as much debate in the shown and shine forum about this car as our friends in the UK. I personally wouldn’t do that to my Evo, but that isn’t my Evo and they can do as they please with it.

Best wishes,

I think I saw that same car here on these boards no more than a few weeks ago. The guy paid mad loot for that paint job. I think that if the guy digs it then it is cool... for me I would have given the money to Feed the Children... haha... for what he paid for the paint he could have feed at least a small village. They would have to name the village after him... it'd be cool...

They don't say much that isn't said over here, other than the comments about the spinners on an Evo. Who here wouldn't despise such an "add on" though?

Funk Master Flex? But seriously, spinners only looked good a year or two ago for the novelty of it... now that it has worn off it's almost laughable. We're even starting to see spinner hubcaps, now that's when you know a trend has gone too far.

And as for the Brits, they said "Colour" and "Reims," doesn't "I" come before "E" except after "C"... heh... I like how they spell Elevator... (L-I-F-T) God they are some funny bastards... J/P I got nothing but love for our British cousins...

You didn't even start with the car parts...

bonnet = hood
boot = trunk
wings = fenders
wing mirrors = side mirrors
hood = top (on convertibles)
saloon = sedan
estate = wagon
coupe' = coupe
tyres = tires
screen = windshield

I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting.

And they drive on the right side of the car, but the wrong side of the road!

I like the British, they're blunt and cynical... that and I work for a British company, they pay my salary!

I happen to agree with some of our friends from overseas. It almost brings a tear to my eye to see what some of us "Yanks" are doing to our Evos.

These gaudy paintjobs, useless bodykits, and big chrome wheels on Evos makes me wonder what is wrong with us in the USA. I mean everyone makes fun of Honda owners for doing this crap, and then these same people turnaround and do the same exact stuff to their Evos..... How sad :/

Japs. I have heard that "prop shaft" term several times on Best Motoring DVDs.
