463 HP and 430lbs of TQ

So finally I installed the FP Green ported and coated turbo along the BR ported intake, Throttle body, exhaust manifold, the PTE 1200cc injectors, the new FP turbo oil filter line from the filter housing, ARP l19 headstuds. I went to AWD motorsports to get it all tuned and get the intake and throttle body installed by them because I ran out off time before the trip. I get there and there are EVOs and A Porsche and just a plethera of really nice cars and some normal cars. Of course me and my son where just looking around at every cool car there being worked on. These guys are definitely worth the trip to go visit. I would give them a solid 8 out of 10. They tried to help me every which way they could. I thought I had an appointment with them, but with my head trauma crap who knows if I remembered or not, but shaun said no problem come down we will take care of you. Mind you its an 8 hour trip. So a couple of guys did the install and even fixed a couple of little things I forgot to do when I installed the turbo. They even gave me a few tips of the trade and walked me through the whole process. The big thing for me was how they answered all my questions without a second thought and let me tell you I ask a lot of questions. I am a little **** and I research the crap out of everything before I even think about doing something. So for these guys to just answer all my questions was just mind blowing. AWD really showed me that they just don't do it for the money they do it because they love what they do.

Then we get to Diirk or Derek( I think thats how you spell his name sorry if its wrong man) He tuned my car from scratch for 93 octane the first night for some 3or 4 hours (well in between helping out other people that come in with problems all day long). He did not stop tuning until I was satisfied with the numbers on 93 octane. Then he was going to keep going until we were done, but I said it was late and I would see him the next morning. He was at that shop along with German from 9AM or so until frickin 10 or 11 pm. Mainly because people from out of town show up all day long needing a tune and they tried to help everyone of them. Great guys I tell you. Then the next morning Diiirk tuned it for E85 and the numbers were exactly what I told him I wanted. Good HP and good Torque, but extremely safe and streetable. No extreme timing or over boost. We agreed that 30 PSI was the highest I wanted to go on a stock block and a stock head. He really worked and worked to get exactly what I wanted. Again thanks Diiirk

So the numbers were 393 horsepower and 377 torque on 93 octane and 463 horsepower and 430 lbs of torque at the wheels on E85 and she runs smoother than ever. I am extremely pleased with the whole process. When he sends me a digital copy of the runs I will post them on here. I have some pics just so you guys can see them at work.

Again to the whole AWD Motorsports Team Thanks

OF course while I was there I got a little STM radiator hold down bling! I will take some pics and post them later.

I have the 4" BR race intercooler and upper and lower intercooler pipes and the cams are the HKS 264 intake and 272 exhaust cam. The reason I went with those cams was that was an old DSM trick to keep the idle smooth. Then a few months after I had Buschur install these cams everyone came out with bigger and just as smooth cams. This setup is extremely smooth though. I love the torque and how quick it comes in. The FP GREEN is an awesome turbo!!!!!

Ive heard nothing but good things about AWD. Plus their customers' cars always seem to make ridiculous good power.

Are the 'HKS 264 intake and 272 exhaust cams' really smooth when idling? I want to put cams in my car but was told kelford 272 is really the way to go. Does your car sound near stock when idling?

No bro, it still does the same thing and it is so annoying, it still take a couple of seconds to start.
