Thumbs up Thanks for Professionalism

As the year raps up I would like to thank the following vendors for being dedicated to professionalism and customer service:

(no particular order)
Buschar Racing
Gruppe-S
Works
MPV Motorsports
Godspeed

I've spent approximately 3 years modding cars and have spent tens of thousands of dollars - most of my experiences were not that great.....However, the above vendors have rekindled my faith in good old customer service and the basics of returned phone calls and curteous behavior.

Good Job Guys - Cheers

I know I may get in trouble for this thread - but I think it is important to support good service.

Rob

I guess the approach is somewhat suspect. Why single out certain vendors and present them? Why not just send them a thank you letter or Xmas card? You were cognizant of the possibility that some people would be hurt or offended yet you did it anyway? Ok Id like to thank ALL Our vendors, financial and technical supporters to EVOM and wish everybody a Merry Christmas!- Except for you Flames

Maybe those on the only vendors he dealt with? And the omission of one vendor may not imply dissatisfaction. I don't think there is anything wrong with blowing a vendor horn around here as many newbies are looking for suppliers.

Blow yours.

I believe that we need to thank the MODS for creating and maintaining one of the best forums on the net.

I have seen their work in the last couple of weeks and they do a great job.

After all, didn't they warn MP5 enough times?

good point

I have dealt with dozens of vendors in the last 3 years....These are the ones I have found responsive to my requests for information and have displayed excellent customer service. In a world that seems to be moving away from general good manners and service - these vendors have been a ray of light.

Other vendors may be great that I have not dealt with...I can comment only on my experience. I don't want to flame anyone, just point out positives....

None of the above vendors sponsor me in any way - I'm not doing this to kiss any ***, but to encourage the continuation of good business practices....

Buy what you want, from who you want.....

Happy Holidays - Rob

I worked with a few of the vendors on here for odd items here and there. All of them have shown me great respect and customer service with me. My hat does tip to the ones I have dealt with and the ones I have not. Everyone have a great holiday today and tommorow.

user name

Thanks Evoaviator - In the past I have had some terrible experiences with vendors (who shall remain nameless)....If you are interested in seeing some honest reveiws, go to www.nasioc.com and see if there are any cross-listed who sell EVO parts - many do, but many don't....it might be a good start.

Before I knew anything about user names - I gave my self the name Flames on the WRX boards, as in shooting flames from the exhaust. Any way, 666 was taken so Flames-666 seemed logical. I used to have a custom plate that was just "666"
