water pipe differences?

water pipe differences?
My water pipe on the 8 recently cracked and I was wondering if the one on the 9 is the same? The water pipe I am referring to is the one on the back of the block that goes to the water pump.

They are different, I was getting a replacement for my car and picked up one for an VIII, looked very different. IDK if I still have pics of them or not.
