ok?.. wont start. i got spark and fuel.. just cranks all day long. i hooked a mutimeter up to the injector plug and its got no volts when cranking. thats whats going on thats the info.... battery is not dead, starter does work everything is plugged up...........
I would first start out by testing to see if i am getting fuel, spark and compression.
The way I would test for spark (not saying its the perfect way) is take the plugs out and leave them in the spark plug wire, crank the car and see if you see spark jumping.
For fuel, I always had a fuel pressure guage to test to see if I have fuel pressure.
If you dont, you can try/do this..turn the key on the on position and you should hear your fuel pump priming, which means your pump is working. Next crank the car a couple of times and take the plugs out and check to see if they are wet/if you smell gas.
Lastly for compression you will need a compression tester. I know many auto parts stores rent it out.
If those things check out, time to check for sensors and what not.
Hopefully this will get you going in the right direction

Or to check for fuel just disconnect the two 10mm bolts holding the feed line to the rail and put it in a container, crank for 1 second and look for gas. How are you testing for fuel?
Do you not have voltage at any of the four pigtails?
What do you mean "rebuild"? Some people change a headgasket and call it a rebuild. Did you attempt a wire tuck or anything involving wiring?
That's what the guy meant by more info. Just saying "I rebuilt my car and have spark and fuel but it won't start" doesn't give us any info to help you actually diagnose it. What specifically does rebuilt mean?

rebuild as in my motor blew and i made a Frankenstein evo motor out of other evo motor parts. yes i checked for fuel by removing the two bolts at the fuel rail. ANYWHO I FOUND MY PROBLEM.. i found coolant in all four cylinder. alot of coolant in the exhaust as well. i rechecked my torque specked with my torque wrench and then a friends. all head studs at 85lbs i have no clue what caused the head gasket to not seal. i even sprayed cooper gasket spray on it to seal the head gasket. ???? .... this is getting old.

i wouldn't get so fustrated if things would just go as they should. there is no reason that gasket shouldn't have sealed and ill save my thousands in labor.... i can mechanic just fine. i just don't know some tricks of the trade yet.
