Door Handles

How do you remove the second 10mm bolt i cnt get to it need some help plz.

Might want to be more specific on if it is inside handle or out. This from an RS model, but might help depending on which handle you are talking about.

outside handle and its 03 gsr model and i started witht he b ack driver side and i can get to one bolt but cnt get to the other

There should be a black plug you can remove to reach it.
