When applying for an auto loan, do lenders usually check with all three credit bureaus (Experian, Transunion, Equifax)?

I had some disputes that were resolved with Experian and I received a copy of my credit report from Transunion the other day and these changes via Experian did not reflect that. So I guess I need to order a copy from Equifax as well.

i'm not sure.i know my credit union does and the company i work for does. i would suggest getting a letter from Experian confriming that the issue has been resolved.
