does this seem like an editted copy and paste scam? not trying to ruin any sales but if it's a scam please mods do something just keeping my eye out

yeah but everything else is the same "All brakes were done approximately 10K ago" it says that on both of them... and he only added what 4k mi? then it should be approx. 14k mi....

Did this car not sell and you repost it with mileage added since you reposted?

 

Seems pretty obvious to me that it was bought and is about to be resold.

I'd still confirm it in person and wouldn't send money or buy remotely.

 

the older post says it was sold, and the new one doesn't... plus they're 2 different sales people i wouldn't think that one would have the right to own the others pictures

 

The guy that bought my black car used my pictures in his for sale.

Those are good pics so I'd reuse them if it were me. Strange about the dates though...

Yeah, I'd think that the newer poster bought it from the older poster, drove it 4100 miles in 4mos, and is now selling it.

I've put 1k miles on a car in a YEAR before.

 

Well, 4000miles in 4 months isn't anything WOW, it can be done, especially for someone that just bought a fresh car. Already for sale could be ton of reasons: doesn't enjoy it, burns to much gas, somethings messing up.

its his car, who cares what price he puts. some people buy something cheap and put it up for a higher price and people still buy it.

in this case he bought the car, drove it and is now selling it. he values his car at 18k which happens to be the same price as he bought it... so what? if it sells it sells, if it doesnt he'll lower. its his car now so he can reuse the pictures and list of mods because they havent changed aside from the mileage. why waste time taking new photos when the ones available (of "his" car) are already hosted and can be copy and pasted?
