Question Good deal?

A week ago I sold my Chevy truck and upgraded to a 2003 Evo 8. I bought the car for $13,500 off Craigslist. I'll be honest I don't know a whole lot about cars so I'm in a bit over my head with this but it seemed like a steal. I'll probably be posting a lot in these threads asking simple questions, but everyone has to start learning somewhere. I just wanna know if I paid a fair price for the car, and what things I should check and what some of the most important things to know about Evos are. The mods are listed below.

The car is running 450 whp

Engine-
FP red turbo
polyurethene motor and tranny mounts
perrin race core fmic
Injen Intake
BUSCHUR Upper Intercooler Pipe
lower IC pipe
TIAL recirculation BOV biggest valve new for 2010
Buschur Racing Down Pipe 3"
Buschur Racing Test Pipe 3"
Buschur Racing Cat-back 3"
borla Tubular manifold and ebay o2 housing
GSC 272/272 Camshafts
ARP Headstuds
Turbosmart Manual Boost Controller
Walbro Fuel Pump
perrin fuel rail
1000cc injectors
coil on plug ignition

Transmission-
TRE built tranny chromoly gear set
exedy cerametalic twin disc clutch
exedy chromoly flywheel

Suspension-
whiteline front sway bar endlinks
perrin rear sway bar and end links
tein edfc contoller
tein flex coilovers
Enkei RPF1 17x9
bf goorich kdws 255/40/17 and snow tires both with 5000miles on them if that
siebon carbon fiber hood and spoiler

Interior-
Apexi A/F guage wide bann o2's
DEFI Control Unit
DEFI Boost Gauge
DEFI EGT Gauge
DEFI Oil Pressure Gauge
Craig Hardy 60mm Gauge Panel

Sounds like you got a steal. Lots of expensive parts on that list.

High miles or salvaged title? Either way, there is a lot of coin in that car and little coin out of your pocket. If it's a clear title and someone took the time to upgrade with that list, then you made out like a bandit. Make sure the tune is spot on and enjoy. Post some pics when you get a chance.

It has a clean title, and 85,000 miles. Most of the mods were put on in the last year. The owner needed to sell it quick to get money for a down payment for his Z06, and the dealership was only
Gonna give him 11k. I'll post some pictures of it tonight
