I called my dealer to check my car for recalls. My fan isnt turning on, and a friend of mine said thats covered under a recall.

I called, gave my last 8, and the lady said my evo was totaled, and my title was branded, so she cant help me...

I check carfax.. no total, no wrecks, no flood, no nothing. Car isnt branded. What should I do? Call dealers around the US until one is willing to help me?
