Looking of the amount of oil / R134a to refill an a/c system

I am putting the a/c back in my '03 GSR. The car had a forward facing turbo kit on it, so the a/c was completely removed. The car has the whole system back in it now, but it needs to be refilled with oil and the refrigerant. I don't have a manual around, and I did a quick search but didn't find the numbers.

Does anyone have a link or a document that shows how much oil and R134a is required to completely fill our a/c systems?

Thanks!

Yea, the sticker under the hood should say. I think it's 80psi...I just put A/C back in mine also. The manual calls for PAG 56 oil but when I couldn't find that at autozone, the computer says PAG 46 for the evo. I haven't charged my system yet.
