OEM NGK vs NGK #7,8 or 9

Did anyone every try and notice if there's any difference between the 2? The reason I ask is because I put a set of # 7's in my Evo 8 that I used for DD right after my 60k service and the felt fine for a while then just started to feel sluggish. The power doesn't feel like it used to ontop. I kept thinking it's the clutch wearing but after 3 mts I found no difference in the way it grabbed. I don't mind going to the dealer and spending $60 on the plugs but I would prefer not if I don't have too. Lmk

Typically for NGK’s The higher the last number the colder the plug.
Basic rule of thumb I have been told, 7’s for below 20psi and 8’s for above.

BR7ES or BPR7ES for less than 100hp over stock over that drop a heat range to BR8ES or BPR8ES

Under $2 a plug and the only plugs I have ever used

I'd go with some BPR8ES's and be done with it.

Thanks Josh. I ordered a set of BPR as recommended. Has anyone tried a motor vac service where they have to disconnect the fuel pump to run the chemicals

Stupid question, but are these marked for marine only or can we run those? Making sure there is a set for marine, and automotive.

I ran the 7s and then switched to 8s. The 7s lasted longer but the 8s made the car run better but foul pout quicker. At least on my setup
