Please help.. no oil pressure

Ok so after the long fight will a scammer on the engine etc etc... I get my motor rebuild. Stock motor only thing that is done to it is ARP head studs and main studs. It has Clevite 77 bearings set to stock tolerances, running 20-50 oil, with balance shafts. Got it all put back together, in the car, and zero oil pressure. Spent like 5 hours switching out oil filter housings with an extra i had, bypassing the oil cooler with straigh -AN fittings and line. Finally Switch out the oil pump with an extra i had anded up getting 10psi oil pressure !period! No matter what RPM (only reved it to 3k once or twice) still 10-12psi. So i finally said screw it, ordered a brand new mitsu front case w oil pump, oil filter housing with new gaskets.

Well got the new parts on last night now im back to zero pressure again.... Oil isnt even getting to the oil filter housing, i know this cause i took the oil filter off and was trying to prime the system with a drill and nothing ever came out of the oil filter housing...

Im at a complete loss..its drawing air somewhere i just dont know where... any body ever run into this or have a solution or input??

You should be priming the oil system with a drill on the oil pump without the timing belt on it before timing the motor and installing it.

so i pulled the pan...again...and put a cup of oil on the pickup so i could see whats going on. Priming the system still i finally got it to prime. so i put the pan back on filled it with oil and primed it again, and it started to make pressure, so i put the timing belt back on fired it up and 20psi. stayed there for a bit then started to fall to 15 then 10psi then i shut it off

im litterally about ready to sell this car

Did you put a gasket in between the pickup tube and pump housing?

Lol, I think it ended up being a dent in his oil pan.

well i went in today and swung my ignition with the oil filter off for a while and it eventually started putting out oil

then i checked the turbo oil feed and it was good, now i have oil pressure, i was told sometimes a new system may have an air lock and needs to be bled in this fashion
