Boosting15 psi and lots of boost cut.

2003 Evo 8:
Mods: Greddy full exhaust stock cat, Aem intake and turbo Xs bov (rec)

Problem: Boosting only at 15 Psi and asoon as it hits the 15 psi i get lots of boost cut..i dont understand i am running stock boost controller and cant seem to find problem cept two check codes P0401 and another P0401 which is egr valve but when i cleared it never came back on and still same problem..

Checked egr hoses and all ok
Changed my bov to a Forge hybrid bov
Also switched by stock boost controller to another one
tried looking all over for boost leak..Nothing..nada..zilch!!!

my car had a tear on the LICP coupler going to the turbo outlet. as soon as it hit 15psi it would act like it hit boost cut or something. try doing a boost leak check.

I did change the coupling bc it had a rip in it..evenvif its untuned it should fun 17-18psi
