Not correct. Stoich is the same 1 lambda no matter the fuel you run. On a wideband gauge, set to gasoline reading, stoich is 14.7 AFR (1 lambda) no matter the fuel you run.

E85 wot fueling, On a wideband gauge, set to gasoline reading, should be around 11.5-12.5 AFR depending on tuning strategy.
I think I was not clear, lambda is always the same as that is what 02 sensors read, but stoich for the intent of fuel you are using changes. Ethanol I believe has a stoich of ~9:1.... and as you stated pure gasoline is 14.7:1... when you mix these fuels the stoich values lowers depending on the % fuel mixture... so for an exampe E10.. stoich is more like 14:1 or something like that as its not 100% pure, understood that lambda = AFR/stoich AFR, innovative motorsports has a small write up about this some where.

Stoich is 1 Lambda.

1 Lambda on a Gasoline set wideband is 14.7, which is stoich, and is 1 lambda.
