Well, I conquered the infamous evo clutch install!

Pretty proud of myself, I've heard horror stories but decided to give it a shot. Wasn't to bad, took me 12 hours start to finish. Worse part was getting the tranny back on. The step by step on evomoto was amazing. Great info. Just thought I would share.

no need to break in your clutch. you can track them the day you install them. nothing is going to seat or bed any different then if you drove it hard right away.

Not in agreement at all.

Unless of course you dont care about clutch life and don't mind doing the clutch job frequently

You sir are a better man than I, I took it to a shop.

The clutch is the one and only thing I will not do myself on this car.

i did my first clutch, and im paying to have my new trans and clutch put in this time. haha. its a lot of work and i just dont have the time to do it anymore. id rather just put out the cash

as far as breaking in the clutch, you need to. 500 miles of normal driving should do it. then start ripping into her
