Hey guys,
I recently did a swap from a evo 8 engine to a 9. i had everything installed from the harness to the ecu. i tried disabling the immobilizer code and the car still would not turn on. The engine cranks, but doesn’t turn on completely...any ideas on what the problems might be?? I rechecked the harness and everything seems to be installed correctly. on my dash a green "key" icon flashes...the locksmith said that i have to take it to the dealer to get a "module program" on the entire car...
Any thoughts...

 

take it to a dealer and get them to program the key?
