possible smartkey retrofit?

hmmmm so i own my 2006 evo ix but i also have a 1976 datsun 280z turbo that i want to do a restomod on, i was looking on msa and found this push button starter, it looks like it is a smartkey retrofit for not alot of money.... so im wondering. for some of you guys that are a little better with wiring, do you think this could be modified to work in the evo with of course a little modification?

I mean I'm sure it could be MADE to work? At what cost... I'm not sure though.

Maybe not without the removal of the chip key in the ecu

What is this chip key i keep hearing about i had a basic key made at the dealer, and it starts my car and opens my doors without disabling the starter.. either way i cant be harder than doing a transmission swap. i think this could be a nice mod, that doesn't add too much weight but adds some comfort/technology

You can disable the ECU looking for the coded key, I'm pretty sure.

^^thats what i was thinking, not many of us are stock anymore, im thinking maybe getting an evo x key, getting it cut to open the doors, and trunk, and somehow using this setup as a smart key access, either that or just using a nissan fob with it, and using the internal key for the trunk and doors.
