i have a 03 evo with hks 272 cams in it, when i first bought it(like a month ago) it didnt really sound like it had cams, i mean no lope what so ever. the gauges that came with the car are really cheap looking i have boost oil pressure and a afr gauge(not even hooked up) so i took them out to check them, today i reinstalled them, the oil and afr have the same style of plug and i forgot which one goes were so after i installed them i started the car and not it is a choppy idel. when i switch the oil and afr around the lope goes away. what should i do?????

 

remove the cheap gauges and make sure any wiring that was modded to hook them up is returned to stock. Then buy better gauges.

 

I agree with C130flyer. Also, make sure everything is grounded right.
