DD every day since buying it new in 03'. since then I've driven 2 kids home from the hospital and just about everywhere else. Never once considered buying another car. 365 days a year in NE. climate. Driving other cars irritates me at this point. I'd consider an S4 but I have seen people buy rs4's and go back to an Evo...

I build for reliability and keep it at about 400/400 hp/tq. Nothing compares to a well set up Evo with proper winter/summer tires that can haul my kids and stuff around and still have fun.

I have a '99 Civic that I DD that gets great gas mileage and is reliable. I also have an '07 TBSS that I use for hauling the family/car parts/towing.

I love driving the Evo, but the gf isn't a big fan of loud exhaust, no a/c, solid motor mounts, loud fuel pump, etc...

You need another daily driver just so that when you get back in the Evo you know how good you have it.

I don't DD mine anymore. I used to, but now have an VW R36 wagon for a daily. It's AWD, safe comfortable and roomy, heated seats are awesome on cold mornings and it makes my close to stock evo feel like a rocket.

My evo is an absolute garage queen. Had her for 6 years now and the odo is only reading 16k miles. I'd like to drive her more but now that I have to commute to manhattan the idea of dueling nyc traffic in my baby gives me nightmares

DD'ed my 04 STi for 3 years, never an issue, now DD'ing my Evo. Only complaint is I wish I didn't have to subject the car to parking lot dings etc from idiots...

I wouldnt mind a nice a4 for a daily driver. had 2 b5 passats, 1 b5 a4 and a gti. loved em all but all the b5's were just so comfy...

My current b5 is being parted ;( but I would certainly love an automatic a4 just for DD.

But the evo is a ride like no other and I love driving it daily
