Fluid Change Help Plz

Well guys,
I havn't changed the trans/tcase/diff fluid since 30kmiles when I did my clutch job.....Well now im pushing the 56k mark and shifting is getting a little notchy so I think its time for another fluid change. Could someone please chime in on the weight for the tran/tcase/reardiff for a 2006 Evo 9 MR. Something I can pick up at the local store. Ill prob run royal purple since the availability. PLZ HELP !!!

ive heard that the tran is about 70-80lbs
t-case 40-50
and have no idea about the rear diff...

my 06 has about 90000 miles on it, my motor only with about 4000. But Mitsubishi recommended that i drain and refill my transfer case, transmission, and differentials soon. Transmission after 60,000 miles, diffs between 30k nd 60k , and id agree with eddievo8 about the transfer case.

It's 90W in any case. Amsoil severe gear 75w-90 if you can get it locally for TC and Rear diff.

Trans, since it is a 6 spd, people rec the BG stuff.

I recommend checking the fluids sticky at the top of one of these forums. MANY (if not ALL) of the sales websites have the incorrect fluids listed for the incorrect parts.

I just did all the fluids on my 9MR using OEM. I got them from Mellon and Lancershop, but as I said, I checked here first to see which fluid was for which.

I had to use heat to get my fill bolts to break loose.
