intake ets or equivalent ic and piping, bolton turbo and a retune, should put you right under 4k, save the other 1k for tires and brakes youll prolly need it, i would say swap the bc272 cams... but thats just me, or to save money ditch the uicp in the piping and buy big injectors and a walbro and get an e85 tune.
Are you going to be running pump gas or e85? what do u plan using car for? Drag, Street car? Some Questions to consider when building.
450-500whp id suggest you find out the type of clutch u have. Id suggest a twin disk with that kind of power especially if your going to be doing any kind of racing.
Walbro 255 or DW300 Fuel pump
FIC 1050cc - 1450cc should be enough talk to your tuner
STM Ported IM
BR Ported TB
BR Ported Exhaust Mani
Buschur Race FMIC with intercooler piping
Halman Pro MBC or an EBC again talk to your tuner cant go wrong with either (MBC is easier to adjust unless you can tune the ecu controlled boost)
Spoolin up COP great product (easy install 5 mins picks up power helps a ton with spark at higher boost)
STM intake for MAF
FP Red, FP Black, CBRD BBK or a stock apperaing turbo should do the trick (again the type of use of your car and gas you have available will play a factor here.)
ARP Head Studs
Fresh Spark Plugs
Boost Leak Test
Compression Test
GOOD Tune
Hope that helps

I just want it as street car.
And I forgot to mention that I already have my suspension work, and I just got all new hawk brake pads and hawk rotors all around. I also just got Works SS braided brake lines.
I was thinking of getting a FP HTA gt3586r turbo, injectors, fuel pump and of course a tune. ARP Head studs BC valve springs and retainers and a metal head gasket.
I should definitely think about getting a standalone? Or would stock ecu work just fine?
If I got all of what I just mentioned around how much power would that put me at?
And how much more will I have with e85?
I'm kind of skeptical about a e85 setup because it is my daily driver and I don't want to plan around where I'm going to get gas since there isn't a lot of e85 stations around, especially since school is 40-50 miles round trip for one day.

to hard to judge what power you would make. that would all depend on the tune.
e85 will allow you to run more timing and have less chance of detonation so the power gains over 93, or whatever you have in your area, will be quite significant.
i agree on losing the bc cams. the revised hks, gsc, and tomei are all great cams and would probably pick up more ponies than the same sized bc cams.
i wouldnt worry about standalone. take a trip over to the tuning section of this forum and take a look into evoscan, tephra, and a tactrix cable. it allows you to flash the stock ecu, tune, and log the car. theres alot of people using this and its really cheap in price considering most stand alones are $500+
as for headgasket choice, i would stick with oem. many people run them on 600hp cars so it should be fine. no need to waste money on something not needed.

Yes def ditch the BC cams and look at the GSC S2's or the Kelford cams. Some of the best on the market.
E85 will make substantial power over pump as it is like running race gas. Of course to run this you will need to do the fuel system and get a good tune. You can always do a dual map tune with V7 and have a everyday map and a E85 map for racing.
The FP 3586 is a great turbo choice especially if your drag racing but for a street car you might find it to be a little bit laggy when you could do a FP black and make almost the same power and have quicker response. But you cant go wrong either way.
Either way supporting mods for either turbo are neccessary if you want to make that 500 mark. Def pick up an intercooler and piping that will hold you back big time with the turbo your looking at.

I'm in Roseville as well lol, I run E85 daily and my Evo is a beast. 5k is way too much, i'd say injectors, fuel pump, tune+e85.
If you arn't sure, I'll gladly give you a ride and change your mind
edit:
Didn't see you WHP goals. You would be around the limit of the stock block around 450 or so. Maybe add a ARP HS, DW300 and BBK full to the line up to inch up to the max of the stock block.
