Need advice for a broken part on a brand new head

I bought a brand new cnc evo 8 head from a member here. Not going to name names because the seller is trying to resolve this matter as we speak. Just needed advice whether this is repairable or not. I received the package today. A piece of or metal with a rubber sleeve size of probably 2-3 inches fell off while taking the head out. Upon closer inspection taking the rubber sleeve out, it appears that a piece of nipple had broken off from the head during shipment. Could this be a coolant passage for the throttle body?

The box came packed with foams and bubble wrapping on top and bottom, no additional packing material on the sides. There were indentations on some part of the head but I don't think that will affect anything. I will take it to the shop to have it fully inspected to be safe. Can the broken piece be replaced? How much would it cost roughly?

Should be easy, just get one from Mitsu. It's just a coolant nipple. Have your machine shop pop it out and new one in.

^+1 or another option would be to drill the remaining part of the nipple out tap the hole and buy a brass fitting with a nipple and problem solved

That shouldn't be too hard to fix really by a machine shop or someone with some know how and patients. They are press fitted.
