AM I screwed because I trusted AL?
I know this will probably get deleted and probably deserves to but I am worried. I got Al's dyno flash, just the stage rev to get ride of the fuel cut, boost taper, and top speed limiter. I did it to get ready for my Stage 1 plus from Vishnu. Now that I come back from vacation and hear about this problem with AL. Was he doing something shady with our car? Do I have to worry about his dynoflash screwing up my car? Thanks

Don't sweat it.. he's using industry standard equipment (most of the tuners use it) and he does know what he's doing, you only had the restrictions lifted, no changes to the maps (you said stage rev) so your ok.. The only thing that would suck is if Mitsu had a recall on the ECU, and had to reflash it.. then you'd lose the flash that was put in by Al.. Plus, just go to his website if you need to contact him.

Personally, Al's obnoxious posts on NASIOC (wrx) got me interested in the EVO - I dislike him, but now I own an EVO, not a wrx!....thanks for being a jerk Al

In the event of a ecu recall, I have ALL the tunes - mail and custom backed up on disks - ready to roll.
In that case - after the factory recalls the ecu - they would just send me the ecu and I would re-install their tune for free
Being banned from Vendor status over here is certainly a sad turn of events - However - rest asssured I will be staying in business and will continue to service all my clients
