Definitely do the fuel pump first.

For 2G's to spend, you will be looking at a used stock framed turbo, such as an older FP Green. Depending on the power you want to make and the fuel you will be running, you will probably need to upgrade your injectors. FIC 1050's with a Walbro 255 should do you just fine.

However, with all of that you might be around or just over 2 grand. At least 1200-1500 for the turbo - 350 for the injectors and 125 for the fuel pump and install kit.

Im sure you would pick up some decent power if you got rid of those cams and went with better ones.
