What type of flywheel is this?

Hey guys i pulled the flywheel and clutch out last night. I had input shaft bearing go out on me AGAIN. (the second one in 2000 miles wtf???) so i find that my clutch is worn pretty bad its an ACT clutch set up with this flywheel. Can anyone tell me what kind of flyhwhel this is? ALso if so is an okay one to use if i replace the insert? Im making about 350 pump and a hair over 400 on e85 on the MR tranny. Would the HDSS clutch kit be ok? Im hoping i just got a defective bearing and can be on the road soon. No other damage inthe tranny at all. I did find some damage that i also have a pic of. Comments welcomed thank you! Its the only pic i had btw im sory for limited view.

okay thanks so much man. Can i just keep the flywheel and purchase a new insert? Would you guys think that the ACT hdss is the best way to go on the clutch? I can't afford a twin disk and im not making a huge ton of power and also i DD the car so drivability plays in as well.

I had an act and hated it. High rpm lockouts no matter what and just way to hard of a pedal. Its junk in my opinion. Save up and get a multi plate exedy, you wont regret it.

And yes you can just replace the insert

i defintely will replace the insert i found them for around 50$ which is awesome! haha. Well i honestly will never make the power to make a twin disk worth the money a single disk heavy duty will be more than i need im sure. This one wasn't even slipping as bad of shape as it was in. I put 6k on it and im guessing it had been in the car for awhile. What other options do people go with on the single disk besides ACT? I have read good and bad things out of ACT
