so this is probably a dumb question..
but i just need some reassurance. now i drive a 94 mirage with a 4g63t fwd swap and will be making it awd(hopefully some day
) but for the meantime, i cannot find a short shifter that will work in my car. i can't use a dsm one cuz there are too many little modifications that could go wrong down the road, so what i was thinking, is to make a short shifter, all your doing is just changing where the fulcrum point is right? Ive been thinkin about grabbin a spare shift assembly and cuttin the shifter and extending the end that moves the cable. im sure its just simple geometry but id like your inputs.
